I was promoted to my first team leadership role and struggled to balance my individual workload and figure out how to be(come) a strong team leader. I heard really good feedback about this program from a colleague, and he strongly recommended I try it. He was right. I learned many tools and I feel much more confident as a leader. I got to know myself incredibly well throughout the program and was very lucky to have a great group that shared a high level of honesty and trust.

This program eradicated my skepticism. It was jampacked with concrete, objective models and frameworks that stuck with me. The trainer's tireless and wholehearted commitment to our development further bolstered the sincerity of the program. I lead the finance function of a fast-growing start-up, and I have nothing but confidence with all of the leadership and management tools in my arsenal. Seeing the impact and growth in my team is the most satisfying achievement of my professional career.

As a founder, you do not necessarily consider coaching a top priority on the journey to startup success – there are so many other topics that you need to tackle. Before starting the ELT program, I was unsure about what to expect and how valuable this time commitment would be. Now, after attending all of the nine sessions, I can highly recommend this program to any founder that needs to develop themselves from a founder to an effective manager and hopefully to an inspiring leader as quickly as possible.

My biggest objective was to gather tools and insights on becoming a better manager and hopefully make the transition into a leader. Looking back, ELT gave me so much more than that. The course made me more aware of myself and my surroundings, gave me time to reflect upon myself and others, and gave me the necessary tools and practice to start my journey into a leader. All of that was combined with meeting great people and having lots of fun.

ELT has been a wonderful playground for me to discover, experiment, and grow as a leader. It is well worth the time investment. When I joined the program, I was struggling to meet the needs of my team and achieve work/life balance. ELT has helped me to reach my full potential as a leader and I have profited from the implemented changes. The leaders I’ve met through the program have taught me so much and I deem these interactions to be one of the most valuable aspects of the ELT program.
