Maria has been a leader, coach, trainer, and consultant for 15 years. She has worked in leadership positions at Google, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and the online startup world. Maria holds a Ph.D. in mathematics and is the founder of three companies. Maria specializes in neuroscience-based methods. She furthered her education through postgraduate studies in neuroscience and is an ICF PCC coach, certified profiler, and negotiator. Leaders trust her competent and empathic guidance, particularly in challenging situations. They seek her support in strategic realignments, deep-seated conflicts, and complex negotiation cases. Maria works on the interface of business & strategy, facilitation & mediation, coaching, and training.

Songya Kesler

Managing Director

Songya is a three-time Silicon Valley entrepreneur who currently acts as managing director of a leadership consultancy, working with startups and corporations alike. She is a PCC-recognized Executive Coach who most enjoys working with innovators and disruptors that strive towards a calmer, more equal, and more beautiful world. A few of her clients include Zalando, N26, the University of Cambridge, Contentful, & Xynteo. Songya received her BSc. and MSc. from Stanford University and her MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Program

Designed for the Adult Learner

Adults learn when it is applicable. They need to see how it fits into their future. Over 9 months, we cover 9 modules, giving participants ample time to practice the tools. Each module begins with a full-day training followed by 3 weeks of integration and a group coaching call.
